"Infinity is driven from infinity" Textile installation 800x160cm . White cotton with screen print and embroidery, created as a participating art project.

The core of this project is the algorithm of social media as a representation of the collective sub consciousness; being distorted by corporate interests and constantly fed information by users. Images of cute animals juxtaposed with extinct animals, Pinterest perfect interiors and riot police, random intimate moments and natural disasters - are all mixed together into endless repeating patterns.

Collaboration project with photographer Tom Marshak
This project explores ways of combining the mediums they use without losing autonomy in the process, while focusing on the subject of men’s attempts to manipulate nature. Tom photographs Anna wearing transparent plastic masks with acrylic drawings, the white lines seam to float in the air, creating a surreal image, an illusion of a digital collage. At first glance the figure appears to be magically merging with the drawings, but the plastic sheets create a contrast with the organic elements, the bear skin, and drawings of flora and fauna. The figure is in a way trapped by this seemingly organic construction. The relations between the masks and the subject raise question on our perception of reality, and the dissociation of men from their human nature and surroundings. The autonomy of the mediums becomes irrelevant in the final outcome of the project, as an allegory to the fragile codependence of men and nature.
This project began as a street art project in 2010 and was exhibited in Haifa Museum of art (2016) and in Art Beijing art fair (2013).
Masked self portraits were taken with a 35mm film camera.
This series address issues of power structures, cultural theft, misogyny, sexual harassment, and cat calling .
